  • Semi-Private Strength Training — Train 2x per week in small groups (3-6 participants) with expert coaching focused on form, progressions, and results.
  • Unlimited Group Class Access — Get full access to all Group Strength, CrossFit, and Hyrox classes for the full 12 weeks, so you can train on your schedule and stay active between sessions.
  • Personalized Nutrition Guidance — Receive a custom macros-based plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle, updated as you progress.
  • Measurements Every 4 Weeks — Track your progress visually and numerically with weigh-ins, tape measurements, and progress photos before and after the challenge to see your results.
  • Weekly Accountability Check-Ins — Two of Vitality’s coaches will check in weekly to keep you motivated, supported, and on track.
