Owner & Head Coach
Tyler founded Vitality Fitness with one goal: build the best gym community in Northern Virginia. He believes fitness changes lives not just physically, but in confidence, discipline, and how you show up for the people who matter most. Everything at Vitality — the coaching, the culture, the standards — runs through that belief.

Jacob Mosh
Fitness Director & Gym Manager
Jacob is the engine behind Vitality's programming and one of the most respected coaches in the building. He brings intensity, expertise, and a genuine investment in every member's progress. If you've ever left a class feeling like you had more in the tank than you thought — that's Jacob's doing.
Joy Neptune
Gym Manager & Group Strength Coach
Joy is the heartbeat of Vitality's day-to-day operations and the first person most members connect with. She leads Group Strength classes, manages the member experience, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Joy is the reason this place feels like family from day one.
Marshall Rich
Youth Program Director
Marshall leads one of the most respected youth strength and conditioning programs in Northern Virginia. He builds young athletes from the ground up — developing speed, strength, confidence, and the discipline that carries far beyond any sport. Kids don't just get stronger under Marshall. They grow up.
Danielle Byrd
Head CrossFit Coach
Danielle brings elite-level coaching to every CrossFit class she leads at Vitality. She has a rare ability to push athletes to their limits while keeping the environment welcoming for every fitness level. Her athletes show up harder because she does.
