Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Vitality Fitness LLC ("Vitality Fitness," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 5619 Stone Road, Centreville, VA 20120, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Membership & Services
Vitality Fitness offers Group Strength, CrossFit, HYROX, and Youth Strength & Conditioning programs. Membership fees, class schedules, and program details are subject to change with reasonable notice. All memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Health & Safety Waiver
By participating in any Vitality Fitness program, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks including injury or death. You represent that you are physically capable of participating and have consulted a physician if necessary. Vitality Fitness is not liable for injuries sustained during classes or training sessions.
Code of Conduct
All members are expected to treat coaches, staff, and fellow members with respect. Vitality Fitness reserves the right to terminate membership for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or violates our community standards.
Cancellation & Refunds
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The 12-Week Transformation Challenge fee is non-refundable after program commencement. Please contact Info@vitalityfitnessva.com for cancellation inquiries.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and programming, is the property of Vitality Fitness LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Vitality Fitness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
SMS Opt-In and Opt-Out
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Vitality Fitness. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Neither Vitality Fitness nor carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
