We offer coach-led CrossFit classes designed to take your fitness journey to the next level. Our experienced, certified coaches guide you through high-intensity workouts that combine functional movements, weightlifting, and cardio. With a strong emphasis on proper form and technique, our classes provide a supportive, motivating environment for all fitness levels. Youth Strength & Conditioning (Ages 7–14)
Coach-led youth strength and conditioning designed to improve performance while instilling a positive outlook on exercise. Through engaging workouts focused on strength fundamentals, speed & agility, and injury prevention, we empower kids to embrace exercise as a lifelong habit. Ages 7–14.
Youth Athlete Program (Ages 10–18)
A complete athletic development program for competitive student-athletes built around sport performance: speed, strength, explosiveness, injury prevention, and the mental edge that separates good athletes from great ones. We assess every athlete before they start and build an individualized plan.
Semi-Private Training
A cost-effective option blending the individualized care of personal training with the energy and camaraderie of group classes. You'll be grouped with 3–6 others pursuing similar goals, so your coach has the attention they need to assist and motivate you through every step. Your goals aren't identical to anyone else's — your training shouldn't be either.
12-Week Transformation Challenge
A complete, coach-guided system for building strength, losing body fat, and feeling confident again. Combines 2 semi-private sessions weekly, unlimited Group Strength / HYROX / CrossFit access, a custom macros-based nutrition plan, weekly accountability check-ins with Coach Jacob, measurements every 4 weeks, and lifetime access to the Transformation Support Group on WhatsApp.
