Designed and led by the expert coaching team at Vitality Fitness in Centreville, VA, this program combines personalized training, nutrition, and accountability to help you see (and feel) real progress in just 12 weeks.

What Is the 12-Week Transformation Challenge?

It's a complete, coach-guided system for building strength, losing body fat, and feeling confident again. Each member receives:

  • 2 Semi-Private Training sessions weekly (Mon–Thurs, 6:30 PM)
  • Unlimited access to our Group Strength, Hyrox and CrossFit classes
  • A custom macros-based nutrition plan
  • Weekly check-ins with Coach Jacob for accountability
  • Measurements every 4 weeks and progress photos
  • Lifetime access to our Transformation Support Group on WhatsApp

This is not a crash course or a 12-week "reset." It's a structured launchpad to help you build habits you'll keep for life.

Whether you're brand new to fitness or already active but craving structure, this program is built to meet you where you are. Our Centreville-based coaching team tailors every workout, macro plan, and check-in to your goals and comfort level—so you can progress safely, consistently, and confidently.
